It's been over 2 months since I've posted anything. I'm still in Europe doing my paintings. It's so beautiful here, I'm thinking about finding a place here and move from the states. Part of me doesn't want to leave my homeland, but the calmness and serenity here is unbelieveable.
The people whom I have been staying with are very nice. It's an older couple, their children have grown and move out and started their own families. They have a large property that is maintain by the caretakers. Rose gardens, a japanese garden, and a huge field with tulips. They look so perfect that they look fake. This is what they wanted me to paint for them. At an certain angle, you can see all three of these gardens. The roses and tulips on either side of the japanese garden. There's a lake that runs along the front with a redwood bridge. Typical for a japanese garden. Well that's a quick update. I'll try and post again when I've completed this portrait.
